Nepalese national cricket team captain, Paras Khadka became successful to win the title of the Pulsar Player of the Year 2069. The award ceremony was held at the Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi. Similarly, Ganga Devi Adhikari of Karate bagged the title in female category. Both of them were presented with Pulsar motorbike. At the same occassion Mr. Pubudu Dasanayake, coach of national cricket team was awarded the Best Coach title. Further, Jharana Gurung became the Popular Player of the Year through SMS votes and Chahana Bomjan Lama became the Young Player of the Year. Both of them are Wushu players.
The ceremony was made full of entertainment; actress Diya Maskey gave a great performance.
Responding to media, Ganga Devi Adhikari expressed her happiness on being the player of the year and said that this sort of awards encourage the players to give their best.
